Larus to participate in Central Asia Peering Forum 4 to strengthen regional connectivity
Almaty, Kazakhstan – 25–26 September 2025 – Larus will participate in the Central Asia Peering and Interconnection Forum (CAPIF 4), a key event bringing together telecom operators, ISPs, regulators, and technical experts to strengthen Internet connectivity across Central Asia. The forum will take place at Swissôtel Wellness Resort Alatau, Almaty, focusing on peering, interconnection, Internet Exchange Points (IXPs), network security, and cross-border collaboration.
CAPIF 4 provides an opportunity for Larus to engage with industry leaders and explore practical solutions for improving regional digital infrastructure. Sessions will cover peering fundamentals, measuring connectivity, and the role of IXPs, featuring insights from Packet Clearing House (PCH), Piter-IX, RIPE NCC, APNIC, and major regional telecom providers including Kazakhtelecom, Kyrgyztelecom, Tojiktelecom, and Uzbektelecom. The forum will also highlight network resilience, DNS performance, and satellite connectivity, alongside bilateral meetings and networking sessions to strengthen professional ties.
