Malaysia’s Networking Community Unites at MYNOG-12
Kuala Lumpur, 24 June 2025 – The 12th Malaysia Network Operators Group meeting (MYNOG-12) successfully concluded at the Connexion Conference & Event Centre, gathering key stakeholders from across Malaysia and the wider Southeast Asian region. With a mix of technical sessions, community updates, and networking activities, MYNOG-12 once again proved to be a vital platform for infrastructure professionals, ISPs, and digital service providers to exchange insights and shape the country’s internet future.
The event featured deep technical discussions on routing security, IPv6 adoption, peering best practices, and network automation—complemented by informal networking that enabled real-time collaboration and partnership building.

LARUS Drives Forward IPv4 Dialogue and Strategic Follow-Ups
For LARUS, MYNOG-12 provided an excellent opportunity to deepen its footprint in Malaysia’s connectivity ecosystem. With increasing demand for IP resources across the region, the event served as a high-value platform to explore new partnerships in IPv4 leasing, reseller engagement, and cross-border infrastructure support. Conversations throughout the day highlighted the pressing need for sustainable and flexible IP address solutions to accommodate rapid digitalisation in both urban and underserved area.

Key Connections Established with Regional Telecom Operators
During the event, LARUS met with and connected to a diverse set of telecom and infrastructure leaders, many of whom expressed strong interest in future collaboration. Among them were Safwan and Yane Alkushovski from Orient Telecom, who shared insights into regional deployment needs. Discussions with Ong Kok Leong from Arrosoft and Ridzuan Ishak of Velo Technologies touched on agile cloud networking and resource scaling.
